Fernwood Community Church
Coronavirus Update (17/03/2020)
Unfortunately due to the current situation with Coronavirus we are no longer holding face to face meetings at Fernwood Village Hall for the foreseeable future. Please read our full update here. Instead we will be live streaming our Sunday services on YouTube and Zoom.
Over the summer we are going to be taking a break from streaming our services on YouTube, but we will be having our Sunday morning service on Zoom instead at 10:30am each Sunday. If you would like to join us, please get in contact.

Who are we?
Fernwood Community Church was founded in 2018 via a congregation plant from NEC – a number of adults and children from the NEC congregation began to meet at this new location on Sunday mornings with a desire to share the message of Jesus Christ with a new community of people. Early feedback from Fernwood has been positive, with numbers already increasing as the local people seem to be embracing this new venture.
Essentially, one church in two locations, congregations from both NEC and Fernwood meet all together at the Pelham Street site on Sunday afternoons and meetings during the week.
When & where do we meet?
We gather together every Sunday morning at 10:30am – feel free to come along from 10:15am if you fancy a cup of tea/coffee and to settle in before the service starts. The family friendly service lasts approximately an hour and there are plenty of things for children to do, so please feel free to bring them along.
We meet in the Fernwood Village Hall which is a lovely facility and our hosts have been very gracious. Right next to the hall is a large, FREE car park which is really convenient if you are travelling a little way or if the weather is bad.
We are a friendly, welcoming bunch and we would love to see you sometime.
Please use main NEC contact details for more information about our meetings.
